Partners in life, now partners in sauna – we’re here to bring the incredible benefits of sauna to the Black Country. Inspired by the charming La’al Sauna in the Lake District, we set out to create a space where the warmth and wellness of a sauna are accessible to all. While we might not have a lake on our doorstep, we’ve got a vibrant, thriving community that deserves the juicy health benefits a sauna offers.

The name "Ilo" means "Joy" in Finnish, and that's exactly what we aim to bring to this area – a little joy in the form of relaxation, recovery, and rejuvenation. We believe that good things come to those who sweat, and saunas shouldn’t just be tucked away in gyms or spas.
